What “Sell” or “Share” May Mean
Valor Marketing provides B2B data, lead-generation and database services. In some situations, providing professional contact information to a business customer may be considered a sale or sharing under privacy law.
Sharing may also include using personal information for targeted advertising across different websites or services.
What Happens After You Opt Out
After receiving your request, Valor Marketing will review the details, locate the matching record and apply your opt-out.
We may keep limited suppression information so that your record is not unintentionally added back to a future data or marketing process.

Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control, commonly called GPC, is a browser-based signal that can communicate a request to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.
When your browser sends a valid GPC signal, Valor Marketing recognizes it as an opt-out request for that browser or device in accordance with applicable privacy law.
